Wednesday evenings at 7:00 P.M. beginning 1 September, 2010Details:
Both the members of St. John's and the surrounding community are invited to join in the weekly Vespers (Evening) Services that begin in September. Vespers is an ancient (1400+ years) prayer office, or service, where people gather to worship and praise God in psalmody, hymns, and canticles. Also included are opportunities for the reading and proclamation of God's Word, as well as prayers of the faithful. A mid-week service was chosen in order to give everyone, faithful and faith-seeking alike, another opportunity to be in relationship with their Creator. Please consider joining us this fall!
